Jennifer Campbell Mock, Esq.

Jennifer Mock is native of Statesboro, Georgia and is a graduate of Statesboro High School, Georgia Southern University College of Business, and the University of Georgia School of Law.  Jennifer practices extensively in the areas of real estate and probate law as well as child support, divorce, and juvenile law.   In her practice and daily life, Jennifer seeks justice while balancing fairness, equity, and efficiency.  Being an attorney is more than just arguing; arguments that are not supported at their foundation by logic, fairness, and rationality are easily overcome.

Ms. Mock is a member of both the Georgia and South Carolina Bars.  She is licensed to practice in all of the following courts:

  • All state courts of Georgia including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia
  • All state courts of South Carolina including the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina
  • The Federal District Court of South Carolina

Throughout her years in practice, Ms. Mock has received several awards and accolades including being named one of Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite and recognition as an honoree of Bulloch County’s 20 under 40 and Georgia Southern University’s Alumni Association’s 40 under 40.  She has also been a past recipient of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyer’s Division Award for Outstanding Service to the Bar.

Ms. Mock also spends her time serving the community.  She enjoys judging high school mock trial competitions and other collegiate mock trial competitions.  She participates in Wills Clinics across the State of Georgia providing first responders and their spouses complimentary simple estate planning documents.  She volunteers with Georgia Legal Services as well as local service projects organized by local civic and service groups.

She is a member of the local Exchange Club, Professional Women of Statesboro, and the Bulloch County Bar Association, and has served in several leadership roles within these local organizations.   Jennifer is also a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent, and she serves on the Young Alumni Board for Georgia Southern University’s College of Business. Additionally, she is extensively involved with the State Bar of Georgia in which she has held numerous leadership positions including President of the Young Lawyers Division.  She is a lifelong member of Pittman Park United Methodist Church and resides in Bulloch County with her husband, Jared, and their three daughters.
